We offer free diagnostics. What that means to you is we will diagnose what is wrong with your computer and call you and give you the cost of what the repair would be. WE are honest and loyal to our customers and will let you know if it is worth it to fix your computer or not. If we determine the repairs are too costly we can either get you a new system or give you the information to buy a new computer system yourself. We know where the best deals are at any given time. If you do not want us to repair your computer the cost is only $35.00 for the diagnostics. We usually call you the same day that you drop it off with an estimate of the repair cost.

How long have you been in business?
At PC Computer Services we have been in business since 2000. So we have been in business for about 13 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is PC repair and upgrade. We specialize in restoring computers and removing dangerous viruses.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested since college. I also ran all the computers and networks at the Port of Texas City where I worked right before leaving and starting my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
WE are about the only business in town that really know what we are doing when it comes to computer repair and upgrade and web design.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate out of one location but we will also come to your place of business or your home and do the repairs there.

We are just north of the loop that runs around Texas City, that loop is loop 197 north.

Mainly cash or check.
